Privacy policy and personal data notice

This notice is issued by Aura by Sidal Güzellik Salonu ("the Salon") as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). It explains which personal data we collect when you visit https://aurabysidal.com or request an appointment, why we process it and what your rights are.

• Identity and contact details: name, phone number, email address (as entered in the booking form).
• Appointment details: selected service, date and time, and any note you add (which may include health information such as allergies you choose to share).
• Tool preferences: your selections in the skin analysis, simulator, planner and studio tools stay in your browser and reach us only if you attach them to a booking request.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and advertising source parameters (utm, gclid, fbclid). Measurement cookies run only with your consent.

• Receiving your appointment request, checking availability and confirming by phone or WhatsApp (performance of a contract).
• Keeping your appointment history to plan future sessions (legitimate interest).
• Reviewing health information you share in the note for the safety of the treatment (explicit consent, given via the checkbox in the form).
• Measuring site traffic and advertising performance (cookie consent).

Data is transferred to WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) when we communicate with you, and, if you consent to cookies, to Google (Analytics, Ads) and Meta (Pixel) measurement services whose servers may be located abroad. We do not sell or otherwise share your data.

Appointment records are kept for the duration of our relationship and for 2 years after your last appointment, then deleted or anonymised.

You may ask whether we process your data, request access, correction, deletion, information on recipients, and compensation for unlawful processing. Send requests to info@aurabysidal.com or to our postal address; we respond within 30 days.

Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and is stored in a password-protected system accessible only to salon staff.
