Can I come without an appointment?: We work by appointment only, so the time reserved for each client is never split. For the same day, message us on WhatsApp; if there is a gap we will fit you in.
How do I cancel or reschedule?: Just write on WhatsApp. You can reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.
What happens at the first visit?: A 10–15 minute consultation first: your expectations, skin type, allergies and medication. Treatment starts only when we both agree on what will be done.
Do you accept male clients?: Yes. We reserve separate hours for male clients for laser hair removal, skin care and brow design.
What about hygiene?: Single-use tips, files and needles; device and surface disinfection between every session. We will show you the unopened set if you like.
Why are prices not on the site?: Treatments vary by person (area, sessions, products), so we give the exact price after the consultation. Ask on WhatsApp and we will share the range right away.
Can I have laser or permanent makeup while pregnant?: We do not perform laser hair removal or permanent makeup during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Skin care and nail services can continue with suitable products.
What are the payment options?: We accept cash and credit cards. Ask in the salon about instalments for session packages.
